  • Counseling and Therapy: Find out about the various counseling and therapy services like Breathing Space and fast access single-session therapy from the Spark available to help you work through trauma and mental health challenges.
  • Support Groups: Join a support group in your area to connect with others who share similar experiences and gain support from a community that understands your journey.
  • Helplines and Crisis Support: Access a helpline and crisis support services that you can reach out to for immediate assistance in times of need. The Crisis Centre is open 24 hours a day 365 days of the year and provides community based, emotional and practical support at times of crisis.
